Dr. Ida Spruill Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a College of Nursing student with a demonstrated interest in serving vulnerable populations upon graduation. In furtherance of the University’s commitment to improve health outcomes for minorities through training and establishing a diverse healthcare workforce, particular attention will be given to College of Nursing applicants from underrepresented groups and applicants who demonstrate a compelling reason for their desire to provide care to underserved populations.
