Phillip H. Greenberg, M.D. and Patricia B. Greenberg Endowed Scholarship

Established by Dr. Phillip Greenberg (Class of 1974) and his wife, Patricia B. Greenberg, in memory of Dr. Greenberg’s father, Dr. Stephan A. Greenberg, who graduated from the Medical College of SC (Class of 1939). This scholarship is to assist medical students with the high costs of medical school. Dr. Greenberg is a surgeon in Florence, SC and a member of the College of Medicine Alumni Board. He received South Carolina’s Order of the Palmetto in 2020.

• Awarded to an incoming student with continuation, pending satisfactory academic and professionalism progress
