Annie Lee Jerido Williams Lowcountry Endowment and Pharmacy Scholarship

Dr. Jacquetta Lashea Manigo ‘07 (Shea), originally from Walterboro, SC, along with her husband, Mr. Terrence Manigo, created the Annie Lee Jerido Williams Lowcountry Endowment and Pharmacy Scholarship Fund in memory of Dr. Manigo’s biological mother who died from a heart event at the age of 43 when she was only 4 years old. Dr. Manigo credits her mother for being her inspiration her entire life. This scholarship will be awarded to a College of Pharmacy student with demonstrated financial need, and preference will be given to Colleton County or Lowcountry residents, and particular attention will be given to applicants with a service history in medically underserved areas with demonstrated health disparities.
