Dr. Charles E. Millwood, Jr. Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship has been established in honor of Dr. Charles E Millwood Jr who graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine from The Medical University in 1974. Prior to receiving his DMD, Dr. Millwood graduated from The Citadel and then served in the US Army fighting in The Vietnam War. Dr. Millwood served in many capacities in organized dentistry throughout South Carolina. This scholarship will be awarded to a South Carolina resident who intend to stay in South Carolina to practice after graduation. Priority will be given to graduates of The Citadel and those who are dedicated to serving their community.

Selection Criteria:

• CDM student
• SC resident
• Intend to practice in SC after graduation
• Priority given to graduates of The Citadel and those who are dedicated serving their community
