Jean P. Wilson Endowed Scholarship

Mrs. Jean Wilson, a resident of Beaufort, SC, established this scholarship through a bequest in her will. Scholarships are awarded annually to students in the College of Medicine, who demonstrate both the desire and intellectual ability to excel in the study of medicine, as well as to those who have outstanding and caring attitudes for patients.

Selection Criteria:

• SC residency preferred
• Need/Merit
• Outstanding and caring attitude for patients
• Awarded to incoming students with continuation, pending satisfactory academic and professionalism progress
