James L. Hodges '71 Alumni Association Scholarship

Mr. James L. Hodges made history as the first African-American student at the MUSC College of Pharmacy. In recognition of his 50th reunion, the MUSC Alumni Association created and funded The James L. Hodges ‘71 Alumni Association Scholarship within the MUSC College of Pharmacy to support students who demonstrate a financial need. Preference will be given to students who are from a medically underserved community with demonstrated health disparities and/or who have a service history in such areas.
