Welcome to MUSC SOARS (Scholarship Opportunity Awards Resource System). Please note below your college’s open and close dates for the scholarship application for the 2025-2026 award year. Please do not start your application until it opens for your college.

College of Medicine: May 2, 2025 – June 20, 2025
College of Pharmacy: May 7, 2025 – May 28, 2025
College of Health Professions: May 27, 2025 – June 22, 2025 (Fall); September 15, 2025 -October 5, 2025
College of Nursing: * June 14, 2025 – July 15, 2025 (Fall); November 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025 (Spring)
*College of Dental Medicine: November 4, 2025 – November 11, 2025
College of Graduate Studies: Your college will provide instructions about CGS scholarship opportunities.

Below you will find a listing of scholarships available with brief information about the qualifications. Most scholarships are college-specific and are not applicable to all students. Click “Show Filters” to display filter options by college. Select the scholarship name to learn more about the opportunity.

To be eligible for need-based scholarships, you must have an up-to-date (2025-26) FAFSA filed with the MUSC Office of Financial Aid. Once your FAFSA data is received, your scholarship application will automatically be updated.

To apply:

Sign in with your NetID and password. You must be a current student. Please wait to apply until your college’s application cycle opens.
You will be prompted to complete a general and college-specific application, which automatically applies you for scholarships for which you qualify.
In some cases (not all), you may be recommended to apply to scholarships that require additional information.
After you complete the applications by your college’s posted deadline, you are done!
